I do not advertise free consultations but I am not adverse to speaking with a client on the phone to discuss his or her issues and determine if he or she needs to hire me.
Most cases are charged on an hourly basis with an initial retainer fee. Personal Injury cases are always based on a written contingent fee agreement and do not require a retainer fee.
